- Screening

- Matching

- Reference Checking/Validation
We thoroughly vet your top prospects, investigating their employment background, technical skills, behavioural competencies, and general suitability for the position. This includes all the formalities: visa/passport, eligibility to work in AUS, etc.
- Shortlist Submission
You’ll receive candidate shortlists, including their resume and selection criteria in any format you require. We’ll then coordinate the best times and venues for the next round of interviews. After that, your consultant will provide candidate feedback to your hiring manager.
- Placement
Your Core consultant will be available to assist throughout the placement process, including negotiating salary, finalising your hire and integrating them into your team.
